Subterranean homesick alien

I'm feeling a little homesick this afternoon. I'm not sure what brought it on — all this supremacist talk from the Republicans, the sight of old photos on facebook, my inability to fly at the moment — but I'm feeling very ET-phone-home all of a sudden. I'm surprised it doesn't happen more often, to be honest. To deal with this (or maybe just to sink into it further) I just went to Myers of Keswick and bought the following: two packets of twiglets, one packet of hobknobs, some Heinz spaghetti, a Cornish pasty, two packets of Walkers crisps and a bulk-buy of Caramel bars. All I need to do is find Shadowlands on TV and I'll be all set.

  1. Well, you've missed a typical grey, damp, drizzly FREEZING day today!
Another forecast for tomorrow and forever after....
You've probably seen this already but in case you haven't, hope it cheers you up.
Although they are probably Americans subjects, given the source, were they English they would definitely be readers of the Sun!

  2. That was excellent, thank you Lidia. My favorite was the tough guy with "your next" in his kunckles.
